Warning of fraudulent practices
We would like to warn the community and companies against dealing with Mr. Wael Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Atfy, who works at Quarum Law Firm located at Villa 18, Banfsaj 1, New Cairo, Egypt. Mr. Al-Atfy has been involved in fraudulent practices that have seriously damaged our European company.

1. Failure to meet the terms of the contract: Mr. Wael Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Atfy was contracted to manage and coordinate legal work related to our companies in Egypt. Unfortunately, Mr. Al-Atfy did not meet the terms of the contract signed between us.
2. Corporate Takeover: Mr. El-Atfy encouraged the nominal owners of our Egyptian companies to transfer ownership of these companies to him, without our knowledge or consent, resulting in our loss of control over these companies.
3. Extortion: After taking over the companies, Mr. Al-Atfy began extorting our company, demanding large sums of money in exchange for returning our ownership rights to us. What’s even more frustrating is that these companies no longer exist, making his demands without any legal or practical basis.
We urge all companies and individuals to exercise caution when dealing with Mr. Wael Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Atfy and Quarom Law Firm. We recommend that you carefully check any contracts and agreements before signing and ensure the professional reputation of the contracting party to avoid falling into such situations.
